Isuzu Ute opens F&I arm
ISUZU Ute Australia has partnered with Allianz and Allied Credit for insurance and finance products aimed at simplifying and accelerating its customers’ ownership experience.
It launched, on July 1, Isuzu Ute Finance for what it described as fast, fully-digital vehicle finance options managed by Allied Retail Finance. Isuzu Ute Insurance cover is by Allianz, which will provide comprehensive and tailored cover, The cover includes the use of genuine Isuzu parts, owner repairer choice and competitive premiums.
Isuzu Ute said its finance product was a streamlined and transparent way “for customers to get behind the wheel. It said applications are fast and fully digital, with ID verification and document signing handled securely through DocuSign”.
Isuzu Ute Australia managing director Junta Matsui said the finance product “offered greater flexibility, more convenience and a smoother path to ownership”.
“It’s about making the experience as effortless and transparent as possible.
“This milestone marks a significant step in making the journey to vehicle ownership simpler, more connected, and more customer-focused than ever before,” he said.
The insurance offering from Allianz has been launched to offer comprehensive protection specifically designed for Isuzu Ute owners.
Isuzu Ute said that the insurance product includes valuable features such as three years new-for-old replacement on eligible vehicles, genuine Isuzu Ute parts sourced directly through the dealer network, the owner’s choice of repairer, and the option to pay monthly at no additional cost.
“We’ve listened to our customers and developed services that support them through the entire ownership journey,” said Mr Matsui.
“These services are designed to make buying and owning an Isuzu D-Max and MU-X more straightforward, more secure, and more rewarding, delivering greater confidence, value, and choice from the moment customers start shopping; to well after they’ve driven away.”
Isuzu Ute Finance and Isuzu Ute Insurance are now officially available through the Isuzu Ute national dealer network.
