Isuzu kicks off
ISUZU Ute Australia (IUA) has entered its fifth consecutive year as sponsors of A-League men’s and women’s soccer as the official automotive partner.
The sponsorship for both the men’s and women’s leagues promotes the game across Australia with support for clubs, communities and fans from the grassroots to the professional level.
Providing support both on and off the field, IUA will continue to supply national vehicle support for the A-Leagues and clubs.
IUA’s managing director Junta Matsui said the brand was proud to continue backing Australia’s top-tier football leagues for a fifth season.
“Isuzu Ute Australia is honoured to once again partner with the A-Leagues as the excitement builds for another incredible season of football,” he said.
“Over the past four years, our partnership has grown alongside the leagues themselves, supporting the players, the clubs and the passionate fans who make this sport so special. We look forward to another thrilling season ahead.”
APL executive chairman Stephen Conroy said: “The A-Leagues are excited for another outstanding season of football and would like to thank Isuzu Ute for their ongoing partnership.
“Their continued support of both our leagues and football communities across Australia helps us strengthen the game from grassroots through to the elite level,” he said.
The 2025–26 Isuzu Ute A-League men’s regular season started on October 17 with the grand final scheduled for the weekend of May 22-24, 2026. The Ninja A-League women’s competition started on October 31 and will culminate in its grand final on the weekend of May 15-17, 2026.
The Australian Professional Leagues (APL) said that the ever-growing community of fans and players means this season promises to deliver another showcase of world-class football talent.
“From rising stars to established heroes, the leagues will feature many of Australia’s CommBank Matildas, CommBank Socceroos, and international representatives, adding star power and intensity to every match,” it said.
In the Ninja A-League women’s 2025–26 season, clubs will contest a 22-round regular season, with each team playing 20 home-and-away fixtures and two bye rounds.
The APL said the fixture has been designed to deliver more family-friendly match times, fewer simultaneous kick-offs, and an increase in standalone fixtures, creating unique matchday experiences and bringing fans closer to their heroes.
For the Isuzu Ute A-League men, fans can expect fierce rivalries and blockbuster clashes throughout the opening rounds, including the Melbourne Derby and the traditional Australia Day Big Blue, setting the stage for what promises to be another thrilling and highly competitive season.
